Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Osmo Kitchen ships within the United States and Canada. Due to customs regulations regarding food products, we are working on expanding to other international regions soon.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.
